What should I look out for if I want to know what kind of cache chips are compatible with a motherboard? Can I generally move cache chips between 386 and 486 motherboards?
Like if I move all the cache chips including the tag chip from a motherboard that has 256Kb cache to a motherboard that only had 128Kb cache.
