Are their any Windows 98 First Edition mass storage drivers available? I know of the one for SE but will that work for the original W98?

If the one for SE doesn't work then I heavily doubt it. Mass storage on USB wasn't a thing until a good time later. The solution here is to upgrade to SE.
I have it working on my WIndows 95 OSR2 and 2.5 rigs so thought maybe there would be something available for the OG 98 release since it was a later one.
I definitely got mass storage working on my Windows 98 FE install a while ago. Here's where I got the drivers from: http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/win9 … age-drivers.php
Though I'm not sure if it was the unofficial service pack, the drivers, or something else, but at some point, my machine started hanging on the 'Windows is Shutting Down' screen, and I would need to hold the power button when the disk activity light stopped. After a later reinstall on a larger compact flash card, I left off the USB mass storage drivers and have been using network transfers when needed.
Thanks zerker! That worked great on 98 FE.
