Hey, I'm new here and found this forum when looking for info after I found a 486 and decided to build my own in that case.

My first question is this:
Can someone identify this GPU/IO board and tell me a bit about it? It's named TK 85C418GVIO 4J D08 and the only info my google fu can find is essentially that it exists and not much more.

What is smart to do with an old PSU? Recap it or find modern one and retro fit it? I know the one I currently have works but considering it's age I don't know how long it would hold safely.
