Have a strange issue with this 486 board I've been trying to get working. AMI bios codes say 8 short beeps equals a video card problem which makes sense as I'm getting no video output. Problem is I've tried about 10 different PCI/ISA cards from various vendors, and all but 1 actually halt the system completely and do the 8 beeps over and over. Only 1 card does the 8 beeps once, and then I can hear the RAM test happening but of course still no video. Anyone run into this sort of issue? I know at least a couple of my other video cards work as I was using them in a different 486 build recently. My only guess is somehow this board is very picky about the video card it'll work with. I've toyed with pretty much every jumper and did the CMOS clear.

I'll also note it does 8 beeps repeatedly if I don't put a video card in there at all. The one card that at least makes it post (according to speaker sounds) is a diamond rendition v2100 based card.
