Is there a command line utility similar to hdparm avaible for DOS?

I already know that Victoria for DOS ( ftp://ra.afraid.org/pub/dos/victoria/vcr352.zip -- freeware ) can adjust APM values. But I need to run it manually everytime I turning on PC which is little bit boring. I need something that I can put in autoexec.bat and forget about it. 😀

If it's a Western Digital drive, you could always try wdidle3. It sets the idle timeout on firmware level, so if it works with your specific drive, you won't have to run anything from the OS.

Seems wdidle3 isn't available from WD's site anymore, so attached it for you in case you got a WD drive and want to try it.
