Looks the same as in the photo in the link below with the manual:

I dont see any voltage regulator, nor do I see the jumpers required to lower the voltage.
Are there a few variants with this model?
Would be great if It was capable.
Is there such thing as a DX4-100 overdrive CPU with an onboard regulator? If so will this board still be able to run at 100 MHZ?

Just by reading through the page, it explicitly states Supports 80487SX,80486SX/DX/DX2/DX4 at 25/33/40/50/66/75/100MHz, so you just have to scroll down to see the jumper settings needed for the speed you want.

Yes I see that, only thing is the board does not have those jumpers quoted to lower the voltage.
Its the same as the one in their photo which is also missing the required jumpers.
