Momo was pretty much revolutionary when it launched. No other wheel at the time felt so realistic, and the wheel seems like it could take a mid sized atomic bomb without breaking. Sidewinder is good also, damn good, but the pedals are worse than Momo's, and the whole wheel feels more plasticy. Underground works with both of those wheels, but Hot Stakes I have not tried. Sidewinder is bound to have more direct game support out of those two, since it was cheaper and more people had it, but both should work on most games from back then. TLDR: Sidewinder for cheaper price and availability, Momo for better driving feel and basically indestructible build and better pedals.
