I have a QDI P4U880GRN mainboard. I'm unable to find a manual or the jumper configurations anywhere, also it is missing its bios.
Does anyone own this board and can help ?

Found this link on a german board... Might be the one you are looking for.

Fascinating motherboard. It contains the UM8881F/UM8886F chipset from mid-1994. I have only seen the UM8881AF/UM8886AF and UM8881BF/UM8886BF chipsets.
Is the socket next to the BIOS socket for a RTC module? I don't see any battery holder on the board, nor a barrel battery.

UM8881AF / UM8881BF does not exist, it is always UM8881F. UM8886AF / UM8881BF are the more advanced southbridge chips with integrated IDE controller.
And yes, the socket is for a RTC module
Ahh, that makes sense.
