Can i run a DDR400(to be exact Kingston Kvr400x64c3a/256) with tighter timings on a 333mhz fsb barton(to be exact Athlon XP 2800+ AXDA2800DKV4D)?
Which timing do you recommend?
2-2-2-5?

RAMs often have more timing profiles in SPD, perhaps yours have them for 333 too. If not, you can always calculate data-for-400/400×333, rounded safely upwards. Or down, if you're willing to risk a little overclocking. From what I've seen, CL3/400 modules are usually 2.5-3-3-3-7 at 333 btw.
Shame on us, doomed from the start
May God have mercy on our dirty little hearts

Well i have some spares so if i broke one of them its not a big deal.
I have succeded in runing at 2-3-3-3-7, and it gave me a little bit performance on PCMark02, seems to be stable.
Well i guess silicon lottery apply to ram too right?
