I'd like to buy like 100 of them, but I can't find these anywhere.

This is one an ebay purchase was shipped in.

For what its worth, those probably aren't static shielded. If they're completely transparent they don't have metal in them, so you'd still need to pack cards in anti-static bags for safer long-term storage. At best they are made from a material that doesn't create static (like the pink plastic bags) but it just looks like a standard plastic package that probably creates a ton of static charge when being moved around. Those are the kind of packages that bits of styrofoam, hair and paper cling to easily... and that's a bad sign for electronics.

As for finding them, I've never seen such a thing. It looks neat though. Would make storing cards easier.

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.

I believe those are normally part of some retail packaging. Basically this an insert for a cardboard box with bits cut out to show the box contents. I have never seen them for sale anywhere.
