I'm leaving this here in case anyone ever needs the information. I recently got such a mobo and it seems to use a non standard mouse connector pinout, at least it didn't match any of my brackets or other motherboards. Today I took some time to figure it out and here we go :
CN2 :
1 - Clock
2 - Data
3 - Not connected to anything
4 - GND
5 - +5V
