I guess the problem has nothing to do with the Voodoo 2 card, but the Pc wont see my ide controller when using onboard video.

Current specs: (2 pci slots and 2 isa slots) 3 expansion slots total

slot 1: isa sound card
slot 2: pci 3d rage ii video
slot 3: pci ata 133 raid card
Onboard video: trident 2mb

With those items plugged the raid card starts up and finds the hdd. If i remove the pci video card and run strictly off of the the onboard the raid card is lost. Ive tried variations of items plugged in and not plugged in and nothing. New one to me.

That being said, it obviously causes a problem with installing the voodoo 2 since the onboard is used for everything 2d.
