What do you use for imaging retro systems? I currently want to backup a Win98SE installatio to a USB drive and would preferrably want to be able to boot from that usb drive and restore it. A similar tool for DOS installayions would also be nice.

PIMAGE for DOS, "USB Image Tool" for Windows. Sometimes I also still use "ADRC Data Recovery Tools", which is a very old Windows tool but not limited to stuff connected through USB. But I do most image backups on a modern system, so mostly it goes through USB.
