Is it safe to think that jp23 will be turbo led then?
Hard to understand that their quick reference setting is not that detailed.

Didn't see it uninstalled and missed it even more now since the drive bay is covering the Jumper lol

I would not assume that.

I'm fairly certain that turbo buttons/LEDs were optional post 486.
You might not have one.

Been looking for a board with the same chipset and a good manual to see if it will help.
Haven't found one.
