Hey Vogons 😀

I have a Tidalwave PS-1000 clone, a Okano PT-100, in front of me where i want to use either CF-Cards trough a passive adapter or Flash Cards, maybe even both.
The problem is, tellme.com isn't recognizing the PC Card chipset, see "screenshot" for the output. Darn hard to photograph these old screens. 😅

Any ideas how to get the two PC Card slots in that machine to recognize more than these darn way too expensive SRAM cards?

Interesting...I just picked up a Zeos Pocket PC, though it seems to need cleaning, since it doesn’t power up on battery.

Do you have manuals, or the parallel or serial cables? I don’t have any of them, and would like to try to clone the serial cable, at least.

Nope, just got the device in its leather bag, had to get myself a used aftermarket solution that is just for the Tidalwaves utilizing a very thin PCB instead of some special cable adapter.

BTW, you can abuse Dosbox running Norton Commander to get files from and to the device over serial, works rather nicely. 😉
