I have fetched an old and working 286 mainboard on eBay, labeled PWA-286C. I haven't found it on stason.org so far. So, does anyone here have more information on this?

I found one blog post with an overview picture of the board, but that was not helpful. I have attached the picture here, for identification purposes.
