I cannot say for certain ..but ..my general impression is yes ..
There is certainly less of a load on the psu ...
the TFT draws less current than a plasma screen...as does the hard drive which is now a CF card..
There is a slight extra load now from the audio amp ...and the vga splitter ..but this doesnt even come close to what the plasma screen and HD drew..
I leave the rear ISA panel cover off ,,though this could maybe be re-fitted at minimal heat cost ..and of course the psu still has its own fan.
Only time will tell if there will be heat issues ..but I cross my fingers and hope..

Have you, by any chance, modded / changed / dabbled in Toshiba T3200 as well? If so, how close are the insides to T3200SX? Enough to reuse, say, power supply or memory banks?
