This is in a lot of parts on my local(ish) CL. DB15 port (in addition to the two RCA jacks) according to the incredibly poorly-written ad text.

It was apparently in a BX system with a Celeron 533, but it looks a fair bit older than that.

Any ideas?

Edit: looks like it has a Philips SCC2698B 8-channel octal UART and an IDT 7130 8k SRAM. I can't read the Winbond chip or any of the others.
