My Cirrus Logic 5429 has this EDO memory added and it works ( -25ns )
The card now uses 2mb memory.
In my 486dx4-100 computer it play VideoCDs well.

Socket 3 PCI speed is very dependent on the motherboard chipset... most of which do not have stellar speed.

However, I have an Intel chipset Socket 3 board that once modded to add support for faster bus speed has pretty excellent PCI speed.
