Every time I have installed Dos 6.21 after a while I get in the root directory of C: a file called IQ-POINT which is only 174 bytes if I open this files in edit there is only a single character " ˥ " or something very similar to this...... What is this?

Do you by any chance play "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis"?

That game keeps track of the highscore via the IQ-POINT file.

Bingo! yes I do, for a moment I thought it was a virus from a floppy. So for something fun to try is it possible to alter that file to give me a max score of 200% just to see what happens?

I think this is simply the highscore, not your current score, which depends on the savegame...
