I found this motherboard Socket 370 with 1 ISA slot, pci slots and VIA chipset. Looks like a OEM but dont have any model identification.

This model resembles a Gygabyte GA-6VTXE but without AGP slot.
Theres this one but with INTEL chipset

I just did a google search for Socket 370 blue and came up with the Biostar 6MVLR, which is very close but appears to have a bit different layout. If I had to guess, I'd say its an OEM variant of that board with a different feature set.

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.

Is there a sticker on the side of the ISA slot by any chance? Frequently that will have the OEM part number for a board, which might give us definitive identification.

Same PCB alright, but unfortunately no more info on which board it is than here... (and woefully bad product description - claiming it is uses RDRAM is hilarious). That does suggest this is a late period 'industrial' board to support systems built around 2000 but needed new hardware (probably due to original boards dying due to bad caps)

Im out of luck. The stick is damaged. The isa slot is a Foxconn.
