Not sure if this is the right forum, but I am looking for new gamepads for my MegaDrive 2. the old SEGA controllers are a bit mushy and quite frankly very old... Are there any new gamepads for legacy consoles that are of high quality? I have two cheap china gamepads off of ebay. But they are even worse than the old SEGA ones.
It's ok if they are not cheap. I plan to keep them for the lifetime of the console...

Hyperkin, the same company that produced the RetroN retro gaming consoles, sells a replacement controller for the Mega Drive and Genesis called the GN6.

You can find several video reviews of this replacement controller on YouTube. The reviews I've seen are pretty favorable and it's not too expensive either.

Make sure to get the right variant when you order one, though, since they sell a USB version as well.

Does anybody here have any experience with these replacement controllers?
