Hi everyone,

Does anyone of you recognize this notebook ?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/183336464031

When I was little, my father had such an unusual looking notebook.
(the barrel-looking thing is the battery pack, containing NiCad accus)

At the time, he worked as a self-employed computer expert (he worked freelance, in English ?).
You know, writing custom software in Visual Basic, setting-up LANs, programming in Clipper/dBase, teaching application usage to users, etc.

That's why I really like to know what model this was.
I remember playing GNU Chess on Windows 3.1 on it, and that it had 4MiB of RAM.
The other specs faded from my mind. Oh, I forgot the most important: It had a nice monochome LCD display with ghosting effect. ^^

I fondly remember that. At the time, this was somewhat hi-tec to me! An LCD in 640x480! Woo-hoo!
Of course, I was looking at this from a child's perspective who was used to a GameBoy's poor pea-soup green-ish ~160x144 LCD.. ^^

Thanks! So it seems to have been an "NP 600 series" model (NP-603) by Arche Technologies Inc.
