Are you using Win95C ? It has got built-in USB support, or so I heard.
Normally, keyboards and mice are HID devices and need no special drivers.
Unless they have got special features (extra buttons), of course.
Anyway, I know little of Win95. Does it support all the different USB controllers ? UHCI. OHCI, EHCI, etc..

Yes, Win95C. The USB mouse and keyboard works in safe mode but not in real Windows mode.
