I am looking for a motherboard manual or jumper settings for an
Octek Socket 7 EP40202R202 Rev 2.02 motherboard.
Does anyone know where I can find one ?

It's an AT board. Not ATX.
EDIT:
Sorry.... Did not see the ATX PSU header. Only the DIN-Keyboard connector and saw both power header's as pure AT.
Anyway. If you happens to have an AT psu, then you can test it out.
Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.
Those cakes make you sick....
