Setting up a retro rig (P233MMX) and using a CF card for the HDD. The card is a SanDisk Extreme CompactFlash - 32GB - 60MB/s listed on the card. The card is also stated as "UDMA-5 enabled" as well, which is faster than 60MB/s, so not sure what exactly that means.

My question is, would this card run at Ultra ATA-66 speed if I installed an ATA-66 card in the motherboard? The board runs at ATA-33 so trying to get a little more performance if possible....

The 60MB/s is the nominal speed it should be able to reach, UDMA-5 is merely the transfer standard it is compatible with. That is similar to modern mechanical HDDs that use the SATA 3 interface despite being able to use at best a third of the bandwidth.

That card should be able to work with ATA-66 (UDMA-4).
