But they won't fit in a normal case and are mostly for testing purposes. Also, being able to do that probably also requires some features on the software side, such as being able to unload drivers without rebooting the OS.

For the PCI ones, they have re-initialization software that you run. For ISA, I guess it would just depend on if you can unload a driver or if you even need a driver.
