I'm searching for BIOS Variants for the Proton Single Chip XT,

unfortunaly my bios chip died and i have only turbo XT BIOS which works.
But it does not activate the 128kb memory bank to get 640kbytes of RAM.
This only works with Original BIOS.
Anyone owns a Micro XT Board with the Proton Chipset and can make me a copy of the BIOS ROM ?
