I have this old motherboard with Winbond chips and no idea where I might find the model number or any specifications for it. I checked Winbond website and found nothing.
The chips on the motherboard are:
W83C201P
W83C202AP
W83C203AP
W83C204P
W83C205P
Any help will be apreciated.
I have the same board, just with the CPU socketed instead of soldered and the 287 socket populated.
Unfortunately I have not been able to figure out what it is either.
Does your board have any markings or stickers on the backside or is it devoid of any identifiers like mine?
You mean 286 CPU? Mine has an Intel on it.
And it sadly doesn't have any writings/markings on the back.
mine is siemens 286 in a PLCC socket. And I meant 287. That is what the unpopulated socket above the CPU is for. The 287 is an optional math coprocessor.
