Greetings.

I am new to vintage hardware, but not to I.T. Recently I was given a Tandy 1000. It has two Teac FD-55BR 5.25 inch FDD's, but only one works. The other one spins up but can't read any disk. I have cleaned the heads but no change. Any suggestions for the next step, or should I just declare it broken and move on? Thanks.
