Does anyone know where I can get some drivers to make my isa network card with a Winbond W89C905F work in DOS and/or Windows 3.1 or earlier. I’ve not had any luck with my google-fu so far.

As for drivers, since the card seems to be NE2000 compatible, you should be able to use drivers for that standard.
