100=10ohms, 103=10kohms
"B" could mean "B-type circuit", see penultimate post from here. But you must double-check with your multimeter, because "B-type" is rather uncommon, or at least I haven't seen it used on such a large scale. For the rest of the damages, thin wire, lots of flux, patience and good eyes 😀

If they are the B type that means there's 4x 100ohm resistors in them and they're used for signal filtering purposes. It seems that probably is the case since I see enough arrays for 32bits. You can substitute things with 4x 100ohm resistors in place of the array.

As far as the capacitor goes, it is most likely a 0.1µF part. Its presence will likely not make any difference except at perhaps when pushing timing limits.
