I did not have manual, but found out this motherboard is the same as one Amptron one. So to change FSB one needs to unplug JP11 A jumper.

Sadly I don't have the latest bios nor the manual.
The BIOS of the computer, also the last downloadable from webarchive seems to contain the CPU I just installed today. It is a Celeron 1.1GHz which runs at 100MHz FSB and 11x multiplier. (SL5XR)

My issue is that the CPU runs at 733MHz, because I am unable to change the FSB from 66MHz to 100MHz. The option to do so is simply locked, I don't see anything else related to this in the BIOS. There are no FSB jumpers either. Only the multiplier is changeable, but the CPU is locked at 11x so I can only downclock.
I am puzzled, what may be the issue?
