I’ve spent the day configuring a Windows 98se pc. The last thing I did was installing directX. Then I was ready. So I thought. But right after installing I got a blue screen. And when restarting I get the error that Windows is missing the system.ini file. Must have been corrupted while crashing. But.....is there a way to restore it? Took me three hours to come to this point, so hope that it can be done.

I’ve installed it on a flash card, so it’s easy to do things with it on another pc. If that helps. Hope that someone has the answer.
