I've got a Tandy 1000HX and no RAM board (unobtanium but I'm searching...) so I've got 256K of RAM. I know MobyGames has a list of games that run under 256K of RAM here:

https://www.mobygames.com/browse/games/dos/tic,15/ti,99/

But I'm wondering about some perhaps non-mainstream games that are interesting, fun to play with while I pine for more memory. Some of the 160x100 games fit the bill, and I have a few. Any favorites out there? Even text-mode. Thanks.

EDIT: Fixed link

I think you can safely add all the early Infocom text adventures in that category.

Well, I can tell you Wings of Fury shouldn't be on the list because it doesn't run under 256K with CGA or Tandy mode...

I remember playing Zoom on my Tandy 1000 - it was one of the few games that I found on a collection of floppies that actually ran on it. I don't remember if it actually has Tandy 16 color support (I only had a green monitor back then), but it should run in 256kb.
