This is the message I get when I try to boot into Windows 98SE with my nVidia GeForce4 Ti4400 card installed. What could be the issue? I even changed things in the BIOS to no avail either.

Specs:
Board: Shuttle AV18V31
CPU: Intel Celeron 1.4GHz
HDD: 60GB Maxtor
ODD0: LG CD-RW
ODD1: Samsung DVD-ROM
Sound: Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Platinum
3DFX: VooDoo2 (not working very well at the moment)
Input: Logitech optical wheel mouse and Compaq Internet keyboard
Monitor: NEC MultiSync 1850e
USB: ALi USB 2.0 controller*
RAM: 256MB SD-RAM PC133

* Removed the card after switching the motherboards back around and all is well.

Changed the board and I got a Fatal 0E has occurred at 0337.

Edit: placed the Shuttle board back in and it's working (kept the USB controller out). Going to bring in the Pentium 4 system out of my car, clean it out, and install or test the board to see if it still turns on, or grab my Socket 754 board and install it.
