I decided to swap my Socket 370 board with a Socket 423 board, an Intel D850GB that has RAMBUS RDRAM-184 RAM, which I've never had a computer that used it, except for my Nintendo 64. Prior to installing it, I let all of the parts, including the PSU to warm up since it was in my car for 2 weeks, took all of the parts, cleaned off everything, and inspected everything, which every add-on card, RAM, CPU, PSU, and board are surprisingly in fantastic shape for their age. The PSU is an odd one as the board has an ATX 20-pin connector, 4-pin P4 and higher CPU power connector, and a 6-pin AUX (AT) power connector.

After installing the board, everything worked the first try, however, after installing the INF driver for the missing drivers and the IDE drivers, everything went south.

I get these when it goes to the login screen or before it goes to the login screen:

A fatal 0D error has occurred at 0028:C1B607F7.
A fatal 0E error has occurred at 0028:C1762EA8.

I cannot have only 2 RDRAM-184 memory installed as they, like SCSI drives, requires termination modules called CRIMM in 2 slots.

I also attempted to reinstall Windows 98SE over the current installation to no success. I also modified the system.ini and system.cb to allow the system to see and use all 768MB of RAM. In addition, all of them are Samsung memory which are 2x 128MB, and 2x 256MB. Even for a full system, which had a 120GB HDD, DVD ROM, 1.44MB FDD, and add-on cards (Pinnacle video capture card, Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 SB0100, D-Link FastEthernet, SIIG IDE controller, and the nVidia GeForce4 Ti4400 AGP) for $29.99 was actually a good bargain.

Got it to work after removing the Windows folder completely and re-installing Windows, and restoring the OS from the backup from my 200GB (32GB limit set) HDD to the 60GB HDD. Prior to doing so, I copied the important folders, such as the Profiles, Desktop, and Start Menu folders and sub-directories to my laptop's hard drive using my 3.5" IDE HDD USB Enclosure (data cable connected and the molex was disconnected due to the red wire decided to break off, and the molex connection on the PSU was connected to the HDD to power it on). I'm planning on copying the files to my Windows 98SE machine by interconnecting my Windows 7 laptop to my Windows 10 laptop as my Windows 10 laptop cannot connect and refuses to connect to my Windows 98SE machine, or copy the files and folders to a USB flash drive.

I also got the INF driver set installed without issues.
