and the seller showed me this which i also got

the pcb i recognized as one of the many aztech soundgalaxy cards
the pcb is exactly the same as some models of aztech

but this has media vision stickers..and the chip at the top is not crystal ..its analog devices

Card is simple to recognize - an Aztech MMSN824 "SoundGalaxy Pro 16 II", which is SBPro2.0 compatible and has nothing to do with MediaVision. It can have either an AD or Crystal Codec, so nothing too unusual there.

So what those stickers are doing there is anyone's guess.

Dodgy reseller? Like the Hsing Tech boards where you could order them with stickers of your choice when buying in quantity?

Still a nice Sound Blaster Pro II compatible sound card.
Drivers are in this post (the VY212.rar file): Sound Galaxy Pro II can't install DOS drivers

Wow, that's hilarious. 🤣

Ironically, the card they are disguising probably is probably more useful than a Pro Audio Spectrum 16 for most retro PCs. It'll have SB Pro II compatibility and a working MPU401 interface.

Now for some blitting from the back buffer.

thanks! do you know if the driver needs windows95 ? or it can be runned in DOS?
i took a look at the aztech driver pack from vogons but the readme didn´t mention pure DOS, they go from win3.1 to win95

Yes, it can be run straight from DOS.
The "VY212.rar" file contains a self-extracting file but, you can manually extract it with a utility like 7-zip.
On Disk 1, you will notice a file called "install.exe" - this is for your DOS installation.
The file called "setup.exe" is for Windows 3.1x installation. The Windows 95 drivers are in a separate folder on Disk 1.

It could have been a re-brand sold by Media Vision at some point.
