Hi all I have an AT power supply and on the P8 connector I am missing a red wire that is "+5 VDC" going from this pinout:

but it also has on that pinout "+5 VDC (or n/c)" so if it is normally closed does that mean some power supplies are not always manufactured with this red wire?
