Would anyone happen to have a Windows 98SE driver for this card?

I have tried the SC_4193.exe file, and it bluescreens upon install, then shows an exclamation point after install under Device Manager, stating that the driver caused windows to lock up.

any assist or advice would be appreciated, regards.
