It's sort of documented in your pic:

JP5 is for DACK, JP6 for DRQ, in other words for DMA. Given the standard states "A device that uses DMA must be configured to use both lines of the assigned DMA channel." I'm a at a loss to say why you would want to be able to set the two independently. In any event, this is to set the DMA channel the parallel port uses when in ECP mode. Default is 3, but 1 is also an option.

its only 8 bit but integration seems high?
maybe thats the base address You an choose? if You start after changing You should be able to see
it looks like a late implementation..
are there cards which are better than others? for example could i have a com/lpt connection in windows 95/98 that would not saturete the cpu with a good card? is this one better than onboard stuff?

PMODE is almost certainly to select between monodirectional, bidirectional, EPP or ECP (the latter is definitely supported as it's the only one with DMA, which is present as the other jumper shows). As for which setting does what - that just needs trial & error to discover.

The last two jumpers are more interesting. LPT2/3 suggests that this is specifically designed for a second/third printer port, alongside a regular LPT1. And Floppy E/D - no idea. Possibly also selecting the controller ID.

This card is a complement to the ATC-1415 motherboard 😀
There's one seller that's clearly breaking some old PCs and he's selling both the ATC-3011 and the ATC-1415 separately at the same time. It adds the Serial, Parallel and Floppy controller (all 8 bit stuff) that couldn't fit onto the motherboard.

Maybe the manual for the ATC-1415 covers the setup of this card?
