So I have this Voodoo Rush card with a Macronix chip, it's apparently an A-TREND VD-110P. The system won't boot with it installed without another video card. If I leave it in the system with another card present it detects in Windows but it stays in a yellow triangle state (from memory, "this device cannot start" or something similar) in device manager even with drivers installed.

Somebody suggested the video BIOS may be corrupt. I've tried reflashing it with the VFLASH utility but I get an error, as this utility appears to be for Alliance based cards.

Is there a utility for flashing macronix voodoo rush cards?
