I've got a noob question about what the best way to benchmark graphics cards in Dos.
I've never really done this before even though I've collected a lot of stuff of the years and I want to get started in sorting out my graphics cards by comparing the results of them.
I have a few motherboards to do this with, not sure if it matters which one I use? I have the M919 V3.4B/F with the cache stick, an Asus 486SV2GX4, and a Biostar MB-8433UUD-A.
For the CPU I have a lot but thinking of using the AMD 133-ADW and a 16 or 32mb EDO stick or ram. I am testing ISA and VLB cards.
I downloaded Phil's Computer Lab DOS Benchmark package from his website to use.
I know I should try and use 0-WS for dram in the bios, what other settings should I be using so I know I'm not bottlenecking the cards?
Thanks guys!
