To be honest, I would guess that Super Socket 7 would have been more popular in Baby AT than it was in ATX, since a major reason to buy into SS7 was that it made for a cheaper upgrade. At that point in time, almost everybody's old case would be AT.
If spending the money for an ATX case, then the savings of using a SS7 board was diminished. But that's just me speculating, I have no idea what the sales of each type were.

Nowadays ATX is more sought after because those are the cases we can easily find now. But when new I think AT would have sold better.

I have got this motherboard
http://support.pcpartner.com/support/man/via/895400.pdf
and according to this page
http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/J.Steunebrink/k6plus.htm
with newest 2mbit BIOS it should support also AMD K6+ processors. However, there are no jumper settings for those CPUs in manual 😒
Does anybody have some jumper scheme for K6-2+ or K6-III+?
Thanks!

Those "per CPU settings" are irritating as hell and best to ignore anyway. Just use the settings for multiplier, FSB and voltage as described on pages 19 and 20. Exactly what you need depends on your exact K6Plus CPU, but assuming say a K6-2+ 550, you'd want 5.5x100MHz and some voltage around 2.0-2.1V (see your CPU for officially recommended voltage). Don't forget to set the JP13/14 (North Bridge CPU/AGP) for 100/66MHz and SDRAM to CPU clock (unless you're running PC66, which you shouldn't).

Note that K6Plus CPUs (and K6-2 >400MHz) interpret a 2x multiplier setting as 6x, so you can set the CPU to 600MHz by choosing 2x multiplier and 100MHz FSB. Most K6Plus CPUs will do that with no trouble at all, at least at VCore of 2.1V.

SS7 with free jump ( and setting voltages, FSB and multipliers) are rare?

Retro rig 1: Asus CUV4X, VIA c3 800, Voodoo Banshee (Diamond fusion) and SB32 ct3670.
Retro rig 2: Intel DX2 66, SB16 Ct1740 and Cirrus Logic VLB.
