Hi,

My Win98-machine got a silence-mod 20 years ago but the blanket insulators are going loose. The blanket insulators are on the inner side bitumen and on the other side foam and the bitumenside is glued to the case.

What kind of glue would you go for to glue it again?
And would you completly remove and reglue them or just the loosened edges?
And it feels like the bitumen of the loosend ends are more hardend. It is possible to make it more flexible again?
