I have some problems to identify the settings on the switch: SW1
From my point of view, it's similar to the setting S1 on this card: INNOVATIVE INTEGRATION PC32

On this card, the S1 adjusts the memory address from C000:0000h to E000:C000h
It is the same to SW1 on my card?
For the I/O config (IRQ3, IRQ4,,,) i have the jumpers to the lower side.

Could be but the layout is all wrong for a variation where jumpers are replaced by switches
