Hi, I want to 3D print some parts but I am NEW to 3D printing.
Can anyone help ?

I want to fix some broken and missing parts.

1) IBM PS\1 front flap cover
2) IBM front flap cover retaining clips.

I would like to be able to 3D print the front flap cover and then 3D print the clips and epoxy them on.
I have some covers that just have the clips broken off.

Here are some photos.

Can't help with any of the specifics, but I did some research a while ago when I was looking into printing and found this free online CAD software:

https://www.tinkercad.com/

It has built-in tutorials and the interface is very user-friendly.

Good luck with your efforts!

If you want super easy, use Sketchup. You can just import that image, then trace the design with the actual dimensions using the line tool, make it 3D by dragging it up the Z-axis with the thickness needed, then export it as a STL file for a 3D printer. It should take less than an hour if you've never used Sketchup before.
