Hello,
I would like to capture video from vga, but I do know how.
The idea is to record videos from vga output, that is virtually available on all old and quite new computers, to make some tutorials.
Usb 2.0 (or more), pci, pciexpress card would be fine. As operating system I could use Win 98SE, WinXP, Windows 7, 10 or Linux.
My first PC had Windows 98 os.
