Any idea what is the brand of this case, especially type, brand and part number and what year it was the heyday?

The one that was used by Compaq around 2000? Case looks similar, but not sure it is...
This is a budget office machine from 2002, btw. a 900mhz Celly with Abit ST-6 😀

That's one ugly-ass, cheap generic case.
Look for 2000-2004 cases from Modecom, eBox, Tracer, Logic, InWin, Gembird, Codegen and other horrible cheap brands like these... maybe you will find something similar.
Keep in mind these cheapest cases were branded differently depending on the country and distributor who sold them to system builders and computer shops. This was especially true for Eastern/Central Europe. Distributors frequently used their own internal brands to sell these things in their country, so If you really need to know - I would ask around on some computer forums in your country. (Same is also true for different products like motherboards, peripheral devices, coolers and such).
