i got a generic xt-clone board with fujitsu 8088-10mhz, the problem is it comes without any dram chip, so i have to find them by myself.
the problem is, that it used 18*41256 dram chips for 512kb, and 4*4464 with 2*4164(ecc) dram chips for another 128kb, so i have to purchase at least three models of dram chips.
i can find 41256 and 4464 chips at -100, but the 4164 chips are so old that i can only find -120 ones(4164-100 chips seemed to be quite rare anyway), can that run at 10mhz?
also, would it cause isa bus to be unstable? since isa standard is 8mhz.

The DRAM should be 120 nanosecond speed rated (or better) when using a 10MHz 8088. You can expand your search options by looking at DRAM equivalent replacements. Many are still manufactured today (Samsung, Vishay, NEC, Toshiba, etc.). Or, buy a dead motherboard or two and test/salvage the DRAM from it.
